Diheningan Malam



Recently...i dunno why...it hard for me to sleep...before this...i just need to lay down my head...doesn't matter at any place as long as comfortable n clean...n then, a few minutes later...i already in my sweet dream....so i think, the tips to sleep up here is really useful to anyone out there who had a problem with their sleep....

But i had something in addition....to help u to get a berkat n better sleep:

1. Clear out your mind...don't think anything that could bother your sleep...u might have a thousands of problems in your head...but when it's time to sleep think of something beautiful n happy...be positive...

2. Do a self-reflection...remember your badness and try to improve yourself...forgive all the people around you...don't keep a grudge and envious thought toward other people...pray to Allah to keep away all those bad feeling....

3. Pray the best for someone that hurt you....a good prayer would give a good n positive impact to you....so only pray the good thing...

P/S: Bila tido dah tak lena cam dulu...baru aq tau perasaan orang yang susah nak tido...baru aku faham sekarang...bukan semua benda yang senang utk kita adalah senang utk orang lain...u only understand when u experience it yourself...so always put yourself in other's shoes and be understanding not underestimating....
